IDNK Private Label · OEM · ODM Solutions

Powered by the CELLCODE Reference Portfolio

Build a Korean cosmetics line around your market, brand and product brief. IDNK coordinates product planning, feasibility review, formula sampling, packaging development and finished-product supply through established business and research collaboration structures.

Begin with a CELLCODE reference product or discuss a more customized direction. Every project is reviewed individually according to category, specifications, packaging, order quantity, schedule and destination-market requirements.

Project feasibility, specifications, MOQ, schedule, testing and available documentation are confirmed individually after consultation.

Choose Your Development Route

Private Label, OEM or ODM

Terminology may vary by market and industry. These descriptions explain how IDNK uses the terms for initial buyer consultation. A project may combine more than one route.

Private Label

Start from a CELLCODE reference product or another available product platform and develop it under your own brand.

Brand name, package, design and selected specifications may be adjusted after feasibility review.

Reference-based development

OEM

Develop and manufacture a cosmetic product based primarily on your brand concept, target specifications and approved requirements.

IDNK coordinates feasibility review, formula sampling, packaging and production with qualified manufacturing partners.

Buyer-led specifications

ODM

Develop a product from your business brief with broader product-development support.

IDNK may propose the concept, formulation direction, key ingredients, formula samples, packaging direction and design.

Broader development support

All routes are subject to consultation, feasibility review, sample approval, manufacturer confirmation and agreed commercial terms.

Start with a Reference

Explore the CELLCODE Portfolio

All current CELLCODE product lines may be used as reference points during buyer consultation. A reference can communicate the category, concept, formulation direction, package format, texture, usage routine or finished-product structure you are looking for.

Skincare Sets

Hydration, vitality, collagen care, PDRN care and premium line concepts.

Functional Care

Retinol, calming and targeted skin-condition concepts.

Hair & Scalp

Targeted formats designed for convenient daily application.

Base Makeup

Portable complexion and skincare-makeup hybrid formats.

In Development

Selected concepts may represent a development direction rather than a commercially released product.

Reference use does not guarantee that the same formula, claim, package, specification or commercial condition is available unchanged.

Korean Development Network

Established Business and Research Collaboration

IDNK works through established and close business and research collaboration structures with Coreana Cosmetics Co., Ltd. and Coreana Bio Co., Ltd.

This enables IDNK to coordinate a broad range of cosmetic product-development and manufacturing projects, from product specifications and formula sampling to packaging and finished-product supply.

Project feasibility, manufacturing partner allocation, specifications, MOQ, schedule, testing and documentation are confirmed individually. IDNK does not represent that it directly owns the manufacturing facilities described on this website, and a specific manufacturing partner is not guaranteed before project confirmation.

Market Entry

Plan for Your Destination Market

Cosmetic requirements differ by country and product. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the buyer or importer handles local market-entry requirements, product registration or notification, import procedures, label compliance, claims review and trademark checks.

IDNK may provide available manufacturer documents, ingredient information, test reports, patent materials and technical cooperation within the confirmed project scope.

Document availability depends on manufacturer confirmation, confidentiality and applicable requirements. Providing documents does not guarantee approval or market access in a particular country.
